Mitel 3300 noise on analog trunks
« on: March 11, 2017, 11:38:09 PM »
I have a mitel 3300 running 7.2 software. I am getting noise on analog trunks. Can I adjust the levels on the trunks.

First thing to do is isolate the system.
Check the line directly with a test phone.

Have you run the analog line test on the 3300 to set the basic stuff at any time? Always worth a go.

We have isolated the problem to be the levels. The trunks sound fine with a butt set. We have replaced the entire 3300 with a spare controller we had.

But have you run the analog line tests to set the levels as x-man said?
