If you have the call duration setting (which is a warning tone) set for 10 minutes AND the timer that actually cuts off after the warning set to 0 yes. If you have the latter timer set to 10 minutes as well then it would cut off after a further ten minutes. Applies to the external call duration timer as well. They re normally set as off by default but somewhere along the line the internal call timer got set to yes but we ignored it because it said "internal" and therefore nothing to do with SIP trunks....
