If the controller is programmed correctly to out pulse a default CESID instead of the CO. What would we have to have the CO do for this to work? Remove Outbound Caller ID outbound?

My experience says most CO's won't stop over-writing the info unless you sign a contract saying you take responsibility for the information. You then have to work with a PS/ALI type provider to maintain the 911 database.....
