User authentication

Hello all, I am not an expert on the Mitel system, so please bear with me. I have a user that wants to be able to lock their phone when they are away from it, so it can't be used. How do I do this? In the MCD, I see a tab called Access and Authentication, and in that a field for User PIN. I can't find out how to use this feature, if I am in the right place at all.

The phone is a 5330 IP.

If we are talking about an MCD/3300 system then search the help files for Phone Lock.
Yes you would set the PIN via Access and Auth tab and then use feature codes for locking and unlocking the phone.

Also make sure the feature is enabled in the COS for the phone.
