Hello Fellow Mitel Techs,
I was wondering if anyone here knew what it meant when the Mitel Cordless Handset (
While off the base) alternately flashes between
green and
blue? I found this from the manual: (
Also, this is NOT the Bluetooth Cordless Handset)
Unfortunately as you can see it doesn't give an indication of what it means. Here is what is happening. The customer I'm working on has a 5330e IP phone with cordless handset. It seems to charge properly and according to the 5330e is paired as well. (
And yes, I've already un-paired it and re-paired it) The handset when picked up from the Mitel 5330e it is silent. It should also be noted that the speakerphone works with no issues.
Any clues to this would be great! (
I'm already preparing for it to be replaced)
