« on: February 01, 2017, 12:02:48 PM »
When I try and Delete a Multiline IP Sets i get a message saying 'The selected device is resilient. Please use User and Services Configuration form to delete the device.'
Can someone please advise what to do next to delete the device?

Thanks

Under the User and Services configuration, what is the home element and the secondary element assigned to the number you're trying to delete?

You should delete the IP set from the Home element (host).

The number did not show up in the telephone directory.

I got around the problem and managed to delete the number.

I changed the number in Multiline IP Sets and this caused the number to be created under Users and Devices. I was then able to delete the number.

Thank you for all your replies
