3300 MX can not boot successfully , Please help me. S.O.S

my mx old software is 7.0.22.5_5  but it often An error occurred , and  i upgrade it soaftware to 7.1.5.13 , but error message still exists,
please help me , i did not know what's wrong with it , it always reboot ..
