Logging to show when an IP Device Only phone is logged into
« on: February 03, 2017, 09:56:22 AM »
I am trying to find a log that will show when an IP Device Only phone is logged into that can easily be exported and searched.  For example HotDesk extension 1234, can log into IP Device Only 1111 (home) and 2222 (office).  What log on either the 3300 or MBG would easily show that, so we can run usage reports on the 1111 and 2222 Device extensions?

Thanks in advance for your time.

You can try
Logs re mobi new XXX

I've seen some logs in there but for some reason it doesn't show everything.

Thanks, it appears this is only showing log outs for login failures, no successful logins which is what we are looking for.

I think login/out are flagged in the Maintenance logs.
You could try exporting the log to excel and filtering.

Log outs are shown but only if they are done by the system (logged out due to logging in somewhere else)
