Analog Trunk

We have setup a group of 4 analog trunks, one of this is a main number and other ones are in hunt under the main one. Issue is this one, when a external call gets the PBX it is transferred to operator number but if the person hang up the call on the operator deskphone the ring still ringing (1 time). by the moment the operator answer the call there is no body on the other side.

Could be the disconnect clear timer needs adjusting to suit the analog line providers timing. You will note this is set to 500; here in the UK it needs to be ~ 100. If it is wrong you may get issues with calls not clearing properly from voicemail.
