MiCollab Mobile client on Note 3

Does anyone have the latest MiCollab mobile client installed and working on a Note 3(Android Version 5.0)? I deployed one on Friday and have no green answer button on incoming calls. Wondering if there is an issue with the app on this model device.

This will happen on any make/model of phone if users don't have their manage status configured correctly. User needs to go to manage status and check the box for softphone for every status that they want to be able to answer calls. Then the green answer button will appear.
We had to figure this out on our own. Our Mitel reseller did not know the answer.
