Hi Guys

i have following task to figure out ...

i want to use an external fax provider how delivers faxes by email and other stuff.
there it is vital for me to forward all calls to a special number range to other, external numbers.
for exampe ...

my number: +xx xxxx 88 (fax prefix) 1234 (4 digitis) should automatically forward to +xx xxxx xxxx 123 (only 3 digits)

at the moment we route all calls to 88 xxxx to a isdn trunk where our fax server is waiting.

but we want to get rid of it and use an external provider.

so we need to send all calls to this 88 range to the provider.

how can this be done?
do i need existing numbers for redirecting calls? so i would need a licence for every redirect?
or is there a a better way ???

who has any clues?
thank you!

For each of the numbers you need to forward off site create a system speed dial number that points to the new external number.
The important thing to remember is to say "yes" to "Override Toll Restriction"
