Mitel 5000 - IP address issue

Good afternoon everyone,
This forum has saved me so much headache! Thank you!  But now i have another headache. 

After reconnecting some phones that have been disconnected for a few weeks they are not working.  They get through DHCP discovery and display their IP addresses in the correct subnet 10.1.x.x. But they do not get past that part, just hang on the displayed IP address. 

I the System administration console the phones are registered as offline and with a 192.168.x.x address. 

So... Any ideas?  Thank you!

Mitel 5312.

Checked to make sure that the phones have the IP of the 5000 programmed in them? ICP and TFTP field should be filled with the 5000's address. If it's DHCP then usually that's all the phone needs. If the phones were simply unplugged and put on the shelf, the programming in the phone should still be good.

Just hold down 7 when you plug in the phones... Program Teleworker, IPv4, New, and enter the IP address of the 5000, then press VOL DOWN and save and reboot. Setting the individual values in the static assignments is too tedious and changes often based on software version, Teleworker mode essentially just sets the ICP and TFTP address for you in a simple interface.
