NuPoint Mailbox licensing
« on: November 29, 2016, 05:33:44 PM »
I have a MiCollab server on a 3300 that is running the latest software and all UCCv4 licensing, but I want to add some mailboxes to Nupoint for Call Director/AA functions that are not associated with users, what license do I need order?

Will P/N 54004108 - NP. Std UM, 10 users be enough or do we have to order 10 UCCv4 Entry level licenses?

I think you will want 10 of these: 54004762 MiCollabNPUM Mailbox CallDir 3300 Userx1

You may also look to see if 54004763 is the 10 user, the doc I looked at was old and only show x10 for 5000

OK, I'll dig into it more. Why does Mitel have to make all this licensing stuff so damn confusing... I'll probably just call sales engineering in the morning and make sure.

I'm just a tech, dang it, not an engineer or PM, I shouldn't have to deal with all this crap. :/
