Hello everyone,
We're using an on-premise Mitel PBX and like to monitor all components with Zabbix (currently 3.0.5, will be upgraded tot 3.2 in the near future).
Our Mitel support partner told us that we're not allowed to install the Zabbix Agent on the Mitel Linux machines (we have installed it on the Windows components), so we're completely blind if it comes to monitoring our PBX. We've filed a support request with our Mitel vendor and with our standard Linux support vendor. So far without any success.
Hopefully this forum can help us out a bit.
- Does anyone have experience with installing the Zabbix agent on the Mitel Linux servers
- Does anyone have a template (based on the Zabbix Agent and/or SNMP) for Mitel
Of course we can build a template ourselves, or ask Zabbix or our Linux support party to build one, but that's a last resort for us and we can't imagine that we're the only company in the whole world running Zabbix and Mitel.
