Voicemail to Email Licenses
« on: October 21, 2016, 03:34:22 PM »
Does anyone know where I can find if I have any Voicemail to Email Licenses? I was able to enable it and it works, but from my understanding it needs Licenses. Currently on Mitel NuPoint Unified Messaging, version 15.0.0.37.01. thanks

Is this Nupoint or Nupoint on MiCollab? SMTP to email is always enabled, advanced may not be.

It's NuPoint, I was able to enable it and everything works. But I was told it needs licenses.

So does anyone know, if I need licensing to use the Mitel NuPoint Unified Messaging Voicemail to Email? Meaning do we need to purchase Licenses to use this feature, even though it is enabled already and working. thanks

My understanding is that to do voicemail to email you need UM License, which is included in the Entry, Standard and Advanced UCC licence (not Basic UCC license).

What does your License page say?

Worse Case is you will find out in a month when your system goes into an alarm state for the unlicensed stuff.

Nupoint will do smtp send without spending extra to one address. If you want to send to more, you need a license. If you want exchange synchronization you need advanced.
