NuPoint - Softkeys

Hello Fellow Mitel Techs,
I was curious what dictates a Mitel 5330 phone (If you have NuPoint) to having the softkeys? I've attached a picture with the area boxed out in RED of where the softkeys reside on a working Mitel 5330 phone once you log into your NuPoint Mailbox. Again just curious what you have to do either on the MCD or NuPoint to get this working. I'm trying to implement NuPoint on another system and while I can log into a mailbox on NuPoint, no softkeys show up. Not sure what I'm missing.

**UPDATE**
I found the issue, Not only did I need the extension's CoS (Class of Service) setup for Voice Mail Softkey, I also needed to have the Voice Mail port's CoS setup with the same thing. One programmed it worked!
