All a non-verified account code does is change the SMDR record so that the call can be tracked for accounting.
It doesn't do any thing for outbound call restriction.
So after dialing you 10 digits, the call will just go out.
Once the call is established, (in or out) you should have the ability on your display phone to enter an account code.
If you wish to restrict calls, you must use verified account codes. To use, enter the account code feature code, account code, 9+number.
