Mitel 3300 VM to EMail with Numbers passthrough

Hi

I have a customer which i have configured with vm to email. 
The exact config of calls is
Main Number Auto Attendant - Order Line - (not answered goes to VM)  This works fine and the vm are then emailed to the customer services the issue arises that they want to have all customers programmed into the system with there numbers but they also want those numbers displayed within the email currently it only shows the vm ext. i.e.8534 and not the number that dialed.  Or even if i programmed there names associated with there number they would really like this solution as they can have up to 100 vm a night.

Any ideas please

They are using 3300 mxe latest software and 4xisdn2 BRI lines just for info

Update - I have now got the number to passthorugh onto the email. Yippee

But now i need that number to be displayed as the customer name is there a way to do this ?

How did you get the number to passthrough? Was it a CoS option somewhere?

If you add an external number to the Controller (MCD, ICP, MiVB....I can't get my head around what it's actually called...) in the Telephone Directory form using Alpha Tagging (ie, something like "0~123987654"), then when you ring from that external number(ie 123987654), the MiCollab will display the name in the Call Window.
When it's forwarded to VM and gets emailed though, the name doesn't come through.

Go the number through changing the COS options but been told by Mitel that the name will not display but customer is happy now we have the number included in the voicemail email as they can assign rules to deal with them now.
