AudioCodes MP-1xx 6.60A Firmware Update

Tech Electronics:
Anyone,

I am looking for the firmware needed to update an AudioCodes MP-114 from 6.20A to 6.60A. We are not a partner with AudioCodes and can't get them to send us the firmware since the device is so old.
