BellCommander and Mitel5000 Sip configuration

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone here has experience setting up SIP phone in Mitel 5000 with BellCommander? I added SIP Phone/extension but I am receiving the error 'Status code - 403'. Forbidden username/password.

The BellCommander is a Buzzer/horn software sits on Windows 7.
