Restarting PRI line
« on: September 21, 2016, 11:32:18 AM »
Hello. I have been trying to restart the PRI line with PLID 2 1 3. Tried using the maintenance command LOAD 2 1 3, but the following error was returned: Card at location  2  1  3 not supported by LOAD command. Is there another way to restart the PRI line, without restarting the whole Mitel 3300 system?

That's not a card you can reload.
Unless some else know something different, the only way I know how to reboot that card is to reboot the controller.
I can't think of a case, though, where that has made a difference.

You used to be able to load a T1 card, but they took away the ability to do that around MCD 5.0. The only workaround I've found is to change the Digital Link Descriptor, which will also bounce the card.

Good one lundah.  That hadn't ever occurred to me even though I should have know it.
