Mitel 5550 IP Console import extensions directly from PBX
« on: September 16, 2016, 05:41:58 AM »
Our receptionist use the Mitel 5550 IP console to transfer incomming calls to the correct extension. The directory is imported into the software using a csv-file. We also have a Mitel PBX.
Whenever I change or add an extension on the PBX, we have to manualy update the CSV. Is there a way to configure the software to get the directory directly from the PBX?

In addition:

I can schedule an export of the directory to CSV and schedule a script to create the correct csv-file for import in the IP Console. I hope there is a more efficient way to do it.
