Micollab LDAP sync for contacts

Anyone that has the experience with an ldap connection to import contacts into to micollab client,

I setup a openldap server on my pc localy i can connect to the server but everytime i get a result no such object. but when i do the query on the ldap server itself i i get my contacts and it works fine,

I think this is AD only. If not, you could add all in MAS as users.  I wondered about using MAS for UC360, but haven't tried it.

its not only AD anymore clients want his contact of his ERP packet to come into the micollab and trying to get that done via generic ldap as this is the only alternative mitel is giving us

Is ldap currently handling users properly?
