If anyone is in need of remote tech services, I am available on a limited, as-needed basis. I have experience with the 5000, MCD, MBG, MiCollab, Nupoint. Currently certified on MCD, 5000, Nupoint, MBG, and worked for Mitel from 2003-2007 and a partner from 2010-2011. Currently managing a Global Enterprise Mitel voice network with 10,000+ endpoints, in-house. Thanks!
