call back om 53xx phone to a cell

Hi all i'm fearly new and afrikaans,so english spelling not to good lol.If i have missed a call from a cell and i want to call back the phone wants to dial the 27 that is displayed on my phone. Is there a way that i can remove the 27 and add a 0 for all cell no

What system are you using?  3300, 5000 or something else?
