Night Service issue

Gents, Issue is that in

Day service calls go to Alt Greeting2 via an analogue extension (used to control routing )

At night call go via analogue extension to name tag hunt group and then mail for an info only message.

Issue is that directly after info message has played the sysem reverts the call back to the Alt greeting 2 .

What am I missing??

What voice mail are you using?  Embedded?  NuPoint?  6510?

Isn't that normal behaviour for an Info Only mailbox?  Been a while since I played with this....
