MiVoice Office 250 connected to Cisco CUBE
« on: August 12, 2016, 10:13:48 AM »
Have a client that is implementing a interactive  customer device and they need us to configure SIP trunks between two devices and and point a DID that resides on the PRI. I have tried setting up device as a SIP gateway and a SIP peer with DID pointed to SIP trunk group and SIP trunk with no luck. Anyone had success in doing so?

Converted,

Alright, I guess let's start at the beginning and see what we can't do to get this working. I can only help with the 5000 side of things, but the concept of SIP is pretty simple.

First off are you a vendor or a customer?

Second, are you familiar with how to program the Cisco CUBE or is there another person doing that part?

Third, What is the exact call flow that is needed for this to work for the customer? Do calls only go one way or do they also come from the CUBE as well? Do you have all the licensing that you need to make both sides work? If so what have you got to work so far between the two devices and how were they configured?

Are you against documenting the configuration of both sides and posting it in this thread once we get it working?

Thanks,

TE
