Hoping someone can help with a query regarding 7410 Dect Analog phones connected to a Mitel 3300.
Users dont seem to be able to distinguish between internal and external calls, its at a remote site, so i asked them to try adding an internal extension to the phonebook of the handset to see whether it would the recognise it but it doesnt, all calls display as coming from the external number.
Is there anything that can be done?
