Hi all

i am looking for little help on 5020 Softphone on Micollab CLient
i am trying to present the calling number on a supervised transfert

call are going througth NPM Call Flow (schedule and supervised transfert with busy and no answer handling)

do you have a solution or hack to display the calling number before answering ?

The thing I can think to try setting COS Option 'Display Held Call ID on Transfer' to yes.

already set to yes

work fine for blind transfer and supervised transfer after answer but not before answering

Is it enabled on all the COS all the way through anything it touches, trunk, station etc...
