Name instead of number

I upgraded a site to MCD 4.1SP2 yesterday and the CLID on the sets (all 5224) is showing name and number (if you toggle). They do not like it, they only want the name. I have tried all of the COS option combos I could think of and could not get it to do this, I could make it go away. Any suggestions?

Oh yeah, the trunks are standard analog.

If I remember right, this was something that couldn't be changed.

Maybe UCE would work for them?
