Has anyone seen an issue with the latest software where the mute button stops audio in both directions?
Especially on a 5460?
Here's the scenario as it was described to me:
1) has an external call on prime line
2) another call, internal, comes in on a non-prime line - user answers.
3) User presses the Mute button - All audio in both directions is now lost.
I haven't been able to duplicate it but that may be because I'm using a 5340.
