I have a few users that there extensions are not redirecting to there voicemail, some users are fine. I'm not sure where to look to find the discrepency I have a Mitel 3300

Check the Call Reroute form.
In the first alternative column you will see a number there.
If it's '1' try changing it to a '2'.

Next question will be - why are calls being re-routed to VMBox 1004...

Maybe in Call Rerouting section, it's configured directly to VMBox 1004 ?
