Hello there, have an issue with the micollab client not showing any info on the upper half of the “Show Attendent Console” screen. Screenshot attached. Rebooted a few times but it persists.
Details:
- I tried logging in on multiple PC’s and the same issue happens.
- Only change was this past Saturday after a power outage. After the outage, I restarted the DHCP server through Mitel admin (but did not delete all leases).
Summary:
Normally when someone calls in the buttons at the top light up (Forward button etc) and also the “active calls” box has info in it. I confirmed the bottom half works fine, I can see peoples names in red, green etc its just nothing happens in the top section.
I'm more of a network\IT admin, not a phone guy so I'm not the most knowledgeable Mitel person here I would think. Any advice would be good.
