Loudspeaker paging

Hi, can anyone help me in loudspeaker configuration on the 3300?
I have follow the instruction in the help, but when i insert the FAC for the paging, on the display's phone appear: NOT ALLOWED.

I already verify that the option "access to all zone" is enabled on the telephone's COS.

Can you help me?

Also in your Class of Service that you have the following enabled on your phone:

Group Page - Allow

On the receiving phone:

Group Page - Accept

This should work

I know this is silly but if I don't mention it I may regret it later:

Be sure you're not trying to page using the speaker phone.  You'll get the same error.

no, i'm not using the phone.
I want to use a paging unit connected to the "pager" port on rear of the cx.

I meant that when you page, be sure to pick up the handset.  Otherwise you will get the same error.
