Ringing you back

I have a user who's experiencing the following and I cannot duplicate it. There's nothing special there doing or it's not happening every time they do X to cause it.

Every so often, my phone will ring and the display will say "Ringing you back".  When I pick up, no one is there.  Why is it doing that?

The user at one point would have put a callback against another number.
(You can tell for sure if the ring is a triple ring.)
That can be done in a couple of ways.  1) press the call back key  2) press the callback FAC.

Then when the user at the far end uses the phone then the phone will ring back.

Tell the user to ignore the ring back.  It will stop ringing and then it will clear.

I don't think that's it as when you do that the phone shows call me back in the display. He said it shows ringing you back in the display.
