osnider,

You are going to have to be a little more specific on this.

With the phone idle and handset in its cradle dial 396 and then press the button for the "voicemail button option" what does it show it as?

What exactly did this button do and how was it used?

Most likely their keymap had been changed or overwritten when the tech did some reprogramming of "issues". We just need to figure out what was changed and then program it back in. If you have a copy of the database prior to them making the changes then this will be real easy to fix.

Thanks,

TE

UNDEFINED KEY VALUE-  this is when i press code 396..
this button i was just able to transfer a call directly to an end user in the office vmail with it not ringing on their end.

How can i make a copy of the current key map?

TIA.. Im new to this.. thank you for your patience!!

Can you press code 399, then do 396 and see if it is there. If its not there press 399 again.

399 is a feature code that switches keymaps. It's a possibility that the keymap got switched by accident.
