Call Hold Timer after SIP migration

I have my call hold timer under class of service set to 180.  This used to work.  Now after our SIP migration it rings back after 30 secs, no matter what time I put in that field.

I am have been looking through my SIP Peer Profile to see if there is another setting, but haven't been able to locate it yet.

Any ideas?

Check Trunk Attributes for the COS of the Sip Trunk
