As the title suggests, I can login to MiContact Center and when trying to load a particular profile, it loads but minimizes to the windows sytray.
Trying to restore the profile does nothing. I have seen this before and had to delete the profile altogether but that's annoying having to set the information again.
Other profiles open and display as normal in a window.
Anyone know of a way to resolve? version is 7.1.2.1
