Menu Node
« on: May 25, 2010, 02:40:54 PM »
I have a menu node, mailbox 1, that is on the embedded VM. My customer wants to be able to transfer people to this mailbox at will when people want directions. Is there an easy way to transfer people to this mailbox? I know that I can send them to the AA and then they can press "1" to get there. Not good enough for them though.

I'm at a loss, hopefully one of you can help me out.

Try building a hunt group #1 and reroute it always to voice mail.

It might need to be a name tag but give it a try.

#1 or *1? I know that the normal transfer to vm hunt groups are suggested to be *1.

I tried this and it keeps taking me to the AA instead of MB 1. I can still choose option 1 from here but the customer wants it to go straight to MB 1. Any other suggestions?

What about an ACD group with no members set the queue callers when no logged in to yes and interflow it after 1 second.
