Using Mitel 5320e IP Phone with Star2Star VOIP

Hello,
    Trying to switch my company's VOIP service from AT&T to Star2Star. We currently use Mitel 5320e IP phones. Is it possible to use these phones on the Star2Star network?
     Also, my Star2Star documentation says that I must set the the VLAN to 41 and the TFTP SVR IP ADDRESS" to 10.41.22.99. When I do not set these values in the 'Restore Defaults' --> SIP Mode --> Modify Values selections, the phone accesses DHCP and receives IP, subnet and gateway information. When, however, I go in and set the VLAN AND TFTP SVR IP ADDRESS values during the configuration in SIP mode as indicated, the phone suddenly loses all the IP, subnet and gateway information...Any suggestions?
