Mitel 3300 Rebooting
« on: April 14, 2016, 03:30:04 PM »
Hello,
We have a cluster of two 3300's running MCD 6.

A few days ago one of the two started generating major alarms and rebooting due to a stale task.
Looking under the Maintenance Error Logs, I have the following;
"Critical Alarm being raised upon detecting the following task suspended: EmailDeliveryTask"

I'm not aware of any email delivery tasks on the system, the only emails I'm aware of coming from the 3300's are the alert emails.
(Voicemail to Email is handled by NuPoint)

Mitel UK support have been working on this for 5 days now & have passed this to Mitel Canada.

I don't suppose anyone on here has any ideas?

Many Thanks,
Rob.

I had this once when the Mitel couldn't reach the internet after IT had changed some settings in the router without bothering to tell me.
