6160 IQ Voice Callback Question
« on: June 28, 2010, 06:00:36 PM »
Don't be too harsh on me, I'm still trying to figure this out.  I inherited a 6160 IQ server, along with a couple of 3300's and a Nupoint Messenger.  I have been asked to configure the Voice Callback feature in the IQ and think I have everything set up correctly, EXCEPT, I don't know how the caller will initiate the callback messages, so I have no way to even test it.  I'm just positive this will be something simple that I've overlooked, I just can't seem to find it.  Any suggestions or ideas are welcomed.

Thanks!

You will need to program a interflow dialling list to point to your Call Back Hunt Group and put the interflow dialling list number in your ACD path. The message associate with the path should say something like - 'Thank you for continuing to hold, if you would like to leave a message please press 1 now or keep on holding to speak with an agent.'

I hope this helps.
