We have installed UCA on our terminal server and all works well. Users are happy - except each user is prompted to install the collaboration advanced software. Firstly they don't have access to do this and secondly it installs per-user. Even if I login as an administrator it only installs for that user.

Seems to be a similar issue which was resolved here

http://mitelforums.com/forum/index.php?topic=3435.msg18388#msg18388

And this is the relevant KB article

http://edocs.mitel.com/UG/EN/MUC_help_R4.0/mergedProjects/Audio_and_Web_Conferencing_User_Help/collaboration_client.htm

Except these instruction no longer work. Does anyone know where i can get the administrator install of the collaboration client?

I have just tested the link against my MAS 7 server and the link to the admin executable still works fine.
https://<servername>/wd/MCAClient-admin.exe

Make sure you put your RDS in to install mode rather than execute and then run the MCAClient-admin.exe and it applies it for all users.

Champion, that link does work.

I was trying to FTP, but then i didn't know the credentials for that.

And yeah i am aware of the install mode, now i have the right installer that should work
