Lots of data protection and risks with clients around the ad hoc recording of audio and web collaborations locally to the desktop (or to the AWC server). From a regulatory point of view it would be better not to have the record feature at all unless it can be policed in a fool proof way, however in its default state then habitual recording of potentially sensitive client matters could take place by individuals without the clients being aware - fraught!
Is there a way to disable the recording feature within the AWC server? (we have already disabled the Chat History archiving).
