Disabling SDS sharing before an upgrade
« on: March 04, 2016, 04:07:49 PM »
Hi again!

To start, SDS is enabled on our systems, but the forms are shared only to the resilient MCD.

So, I've upgraded a 3300 ICP from 6.0 to 7.2 without disabling SDS.  After the upgrade, users from remote controllers showed up under User and Services form and only on this form! It only shows the Last name, first name, then department.  I've deleted some of the users, but they keep on coming back.  I don't even know how to begin troubleshooting this.

Has anyone since this before?

Should I be disabling SDS sharing before an upgrade?

I have never manually disabled SDS to do an upgrade, just upgrade the other node and do a full sync.

This sounds like it just may be a reference to the Telephone Directory.
MiVoB 7.2 User and Services for does show things like VM Ports as well if you name them in the Telepone Directory.
