I've added my ring groups to MiCollab and they can be dialled from the MiCollab client but the presence icon is greyed-out. That makes sense as the ring group isn't a logged-on user. The customer however doesn't want it to be greyed-out.
I really want the presence icon in the MiCollab Client to show green for the ring groups. Is there any way to do this?
Even a bodge that isn't really showing presence but gives me the green icon would be good....
