Multicall Keys
« on: June 22, 2016, 08:14:05 AM »
Hello

Is there a command that will tell you which phones have a Multicall Key programmed for a particular DDI

A customer has asked me which phones ring out of the 90 or so handsets and I don't fancy going through the key programming of every single one!

It's a 3300 SW Version 8

Cheers.

I export the Multi line Set Keys form and then bring the csv file into Excel.  I then delete the first section which is a list of all the DN's in the system.  The next section contains all the button information.  The remaining rows I apply a filter to the columns and this allows you to filter and display the information you want.

Hope this helps.

Mark

You can also just go into Multiline Appearance Groups form, super easy especially if you are only looking for one DN in particular. It also shows you the Prime DN the key appears on, the key number, and the ringing setting.

If he's on release 8, that form will be named Multiline Set Group Assignment.
