Working on a SX-200 ICP. This may have been going on for a long time but just has been recently noticed. The main number of the phone switch is no longer going into voicemail (embedded VM). There is a console phone with this number and when I look at console assignments (form 07), it shows tenant 1. When I go into call rerouting table (form 19), I see nothing entered in for CO Line Routing points on no answer ...call forward busy....and call forward no answer....Tenant 2 has valid information in these fields.
