Mitel DECT Cordless Headset Action

I have a Mitel DECT Cordless Headset on a 5340 and I would like to change from the default action of picking up the line when taking off the cradle to always having to press the "hookswitch" button to answer the call.   I can not seam to work out how to do this, does anyone know?  I know this I how a 3rd party headset operates but I can not work out how to change it for the "real" mitel one.

PS Supposedly I did this two years ago however not sure how as there is not "configuration" area for the settings.

I do not think there is a way to do that, but once it is off the cradle then it is required to press the hookswitch button to answer and hangup.
