Hello Fellow Mitel Techs,
I got me a weird call forward issue (or at least what I think is weird). Here's a bit of background info on the system in question:
Release Level: 5.0 SP2 PR2
Active Software Load: 11.0.2.66
Objective:
The user would like the internal extension to call forward to her mobile if dialed off of the main greeting or if transferred by another internal user, and if unanswered go to her extensions voice mail box (Mitel Embedded Voice Mail).
Symptoms:
A) You call in and get transferred to the users extension, while the mobile phone does indeed ring it recalls back to the person who initiated the transfer after 40 seconds.
B) You call in and get the main company greeting, you dial the users extension and it does ring the mobile phone but then goes back to the main greeting.
C) If an internal user calls the extension it rings the mobile but then after about 30 seconds you get "Dead Air".
Configuration:
The user has a "Call Forward Profile" set up "Always - <Mobile Number>".
I think that what maybe at fault here are misconfigured timers. What do you guys think?
